I'm looking for a simple, GDPR compliant newsletter system with the following features:

- Subscribe / Unsubscribe / Data export and deletion functionality for the subscribers

- Support for plaintext emails

- No user tracking at all (no redirect links, no tracking pixels, etc)

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
