Are there any US carriers that have been confirmed to not share location data with 3rd parties such as LocationSmart? LocationSmart boasts on their website that they can get the location of 95% of the cell phones in the US... how can I be that 5%?
Seriously. There is no other option. Only niche local providers won't share with these types of companies.
That is what I am looking for! Do you know where to find those providers?
