Clozure CL (https://ccl.clozure.com/) is the counterpart to SBCL on Windows. I never had much luck with SBCL on Windows (granted, I haven't tried in about two years) but Clozure CL always worked fantastically (including threading, FFI, etc).

SBCL works OK on windows, i've used it a lot there.

CCL works perfectly.

ABCL should work just fine.

CLISP works perfectly.

LispWorks and Allegro CL should work perfectly.

I use sbcl and chezscheme on windows 10.

My editor of choice is Sublime Text with the SublimeRepl and Parinfer plugins.
