Webpack squatting on parcel scopes on npm

A few corrections on this:

1. This was done by Ryan Clark, who has made a couple contributions to the Webpack project, but is not a team member.

2. Ryan only has ownership of the @parcel scope. It is unknown who owns @parceljs or @parcel-bundler: https://twitter.com/rynclark/status/993928588318691329

3. Ryan at least has some sort of intention to use the scope, though it's unknown what that purpose is: https://github.com/parceljs/seed

Are you trying to incite the mob with this post? If you read the latest comments by the Webpack team, it seems pretty clear that "Webpack" is not squatting on parcel scopes on npm.
