Join a Decentralized Venture Studio / Co-Op

I'm putting together a co-op of developers to start a decentralized venture studio where we build, launch, and own the companies we create.

The concept is like a supergroup or a band with rotating members.

We're hoping to get the initial group finalized in the next week, and are going to vote on an idea to build as the first project in two weeks.

My hope is that this structure will better represent the value contributed by the individual as it's pretty well understood that employees tend to be the first to get screwed when a company sells.
