This says that Mozilla has been "less aggressive" in implementing PWA features, but the only API I can see missing is the speech synthesis. Have they really failed to support anything important? I mean they invented the PWA with Boot2Gecko a.k.a. Firefox OS.

The only API they don't support that I know of that somewhat bothers me is that notifications can't have buttons or actions. The bugzilla issue[0] has been sitting without much updates for a while.

WebOS had them beat.

WebOS apps weren't progressive until Enyo 2, which came out after HP bought Palm.
