Hey Alexa, Fix My PC – A Skill to Fix Your Computer
HEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLPPPPPP!!!!!! OMG, MY COMPUTER BROKE, I'M DED!
Sigh. Here it goes again. That's probably my aunt, grandma, or sisters asking for help. Hopefully they didn't turn off the wireless switch again... Or hopefully they didn't mess up with the printer once more.
Blue Screen of Deaths (BSOD), Internet Connectivity issues, Hardware problems, even how to setup your computer to get US Netflix working.... Who has been called many times to get customer support from friends/family/co-workers?
Hahahah ;), Does it sound familiar? For more than 10 years I've been the tech-guy the one who solves it all. If it wasn't of the amazing computing community, and the amazing Tech support from all the forums and blogs out there, I wouldn't have been able to help all those people throughout the years.
As a way to paying the community back, here is My Technician, an Amazon Alexa skill that aids you step by step on the problems that my creep your PC. Check the link for more info!
