What browser are you using? I'm using Chrome and they work fine. It's just google analytics event tracking, and I can assure it's not blocked by everyone on HN.

Are you blocking trackers with something like ublock?

No I am not. I was interested in if people would click the bottom links and I have got quite a few events so far. I wonder if there is a way I could detect if google analytics is blocked and just fire the window location change.

Edit:

I added a check to make sure google analytics is not blocked, it should work for you now.

Thanks for letting me know.

Links to github already get tracking for free from github. Check out https://github.com/montanaflynn/codehn/graphs/traffic. It'll look like this: https://i.imgur.com/NQOjGbO.png (example from one of my projects)

Yeah I know about that, I wanted to play around with the links in the bottom and see what got clicked the most. I added a check to make sure google is loaded, can you try again?
