A big part of having an orgasm is self-esteem. You have to feel sexy and unashamed of your body and your desires.

It's more likely that a smaller waist circumference is correlated with "feeling sexy" and that this feeling, rather than waist circumference itself, is resulting in a higher propensity to orgasm.
