Ask HN: What companies not in West Coast have a West Coast-like company culture?

I'm just curious to know about any non-West Coast companies that have the "West Coast mentality" of people looking at the stars rather than their feet. They tend to focus far more on building capital, growing very quickly, and moonshots, and more likely to offer shares to their employees in the form of RSUs due to their more risky odds of success. Perhaps they are mostly founded by transplants from that region?
