There are non alcoholic drinks that have the taste without the buzz if you don't want the health issues from drinking.

Please find me a non-alcoholic drink that tastes close to even a mediocre whisky or bourbon or rum or grappa or cognac, or any other aged spirit.

... and they are about as good a substitute as tofu is for real meat.
