This mainly sounds like a rant about cross platform development between IOS and Android. I mean couldn't these same arguments be used to justify using RN, or flutter, or etc.. over developing IOS native. I'm sort of missing why he's pointing to Android directly. The main issue is there are two major platforms and like he said people don't want to develop things twice.
