Ask HN: Salary expectations for a mid to senior level Android Developer in NYC?

I'm going to be in the job market soon in the NYC metropolitan area. It's my choice, just trying to explore some other options after 3 years of work as an Android Developer at a very well known company.

I'm comfortable building an application from scratch with proper architectural principles and would consider myself on the border between mid to senior level in terms of skill and overall capability.

What should I be looking for as far as compensation goes? I don't have a good idea of what to expect.
