Ask HN: Sponsored jobs in Canada

Hello.. I am web developer from Egypt, and I have a 4 yrs of experience, and since the last year, I worked on hundreds of projects online that I won from websites like freelancer.com

I am applying to immigrate to Canada through Quebec immigration program, and I wonder if it's possible to get sponsored by a company/employer in Canada... to accelerate my immigration process, and go to Canada quickly.

Is it something possible to get a job as web developer in Canada before getting in there? If so, then what can I do to get it? And would it accelerate my immigration process?

Waiting for your answer urgently, and thanks in advance, Ahmed. :)
