Ask HN: What's happening with usevim.com?

I really enjoyed checking in on usevim.com (the domain has since expired and you have to go to https://medium.com/usevim) every couple of months and getting a nice curation of plugins and features to check out. I know the maintainer said s/he was going to be very busy with a new child, but I'm wondering if anyone knows the story here. Do they plan on ever starting it back up again? Otherwise, does anyone know of a similar effort? I haven't had any luck finding anything. I'm specially talking curation-based, so VimAwesome, while awesome, isn't what I'm talking about and vimcasts has slowed to a crawl.

I also ask because this is the type of thing that I'd not-not be interested in taking on myself, tho I might not be thinking through the full impact that would have on my time. --thinking face emoji--
