My experience at Google and Facebook is that junior devs are hires in great numbers. Intern season means you can’t find a parking spot because there are so many of them. This article doesn’t ring true to me, but my view of the world is narrow since I’ve only been at big companies. Is he talking about startups? I thought those skewed young too.
