excessive glazing

Wait – neighbors complain about a (potential) new home because it is designed with too many windows?

Yes citing reflection of the sun off the glass, light pollution, privacy and inefficiencies for heating/cooling the home.

Privacy?! How does that affect the neighbors? Or is it related to future "property value" and its influence on the whole neighborhood?
