Better example: Idea 1 is a food delivery platform like JustEat. Idea 2 is umbrellas for cats. Both in a market where both are not present yet. Food delivery does work and is quite straight forward, you can not really mess that up. Umbrellas for cats will fail, no matter how great you execute.
