How would 'OS neutrality' look, and what does that even mean? Some question for 'search engine neutrality'..

We need net neutrality because ISPs are allowed to be monopolies. Way easier to replace an OS than start a new ISP.

Well said mate. All OS-es shall switch to a mandatory command line interface for one hour a day, to prevent preferential fast-lanes for GUIs.
