There are plenty of possible charity improvements, but I think anyone who has accidentally sent an email should understand what this really needs: A countdown timer in the 10-30 second range with a clear, bold description of what it will do, and a cancel button. There should be no way to skip the timer. I'd be amazed if no one said "wait, shit" within 10 seconds of clicking the wrong link.
