Ask HN: Shenzen tech tours?

Hi .. I'm a mid career tech professional. I'm very excited about how low-cost computational hardware is enabling the creation of new products and services. I know a bit about the Shenzen space from watching YouTube videos (probably 100s) and following the works of Bunny, Hax, etc. I've really mused applying for Hax - however, at this point, I don't have an idea that is compelling enough to devote myself to. Is there another way to engage with/educate myself wrt the Shenzen ecosystem? I recall someone was trying to arrange tours in the past .. like a week or two. How did that turn out? Any others in a similar boat?
