I wonder if this can help people who suffer from depersonalization and derealization disorder, an endless hell from which there is no escape.

I’m not sure it would help, but maybe stimulating self-awareness can help victims come “back to reality”.

Do you have experience with that?

No, but have met some people that have and I’ve also read the tortured writings of victims all throughout the internet. Someone has to do something!
