To pick a nit:

"21. Give Our 120 California Legislators a Pay Raise... In 2017, four Assembly seats have had mid-session resignations in Los Angeles alone."

Only one of the four had any claimed relationship to finances. Two were for sexual harrassment allegations, and one was for medical issues.

This has a lot more detail than most of the recurring discussions on SF/SV/CA housing and its costs. Worth reading for anyone with a serious interest in the topic. Title length reduced for HN.
