Ask HN: How do you manage tasks?

I’m curious about the various ways people manage their projects / todos on a daily basis. I’ve tried every app in the book- email, Todoist, wunderlist, Trello, Basecamp, sticky notes, and probably a dozen others.

None of the approaches feel like they “fit” my life.

Ideally I’d like a solution that can handle work projects AND grocery lists, plus assigning tasks to other people.

Thoughts?
