Too many beehives to believe for pure vandalism. I could believe one or two.

Imagine someone tipping 50 cows, or spraying 50 buildings. The high amount makes its weird.

FWIW, it's an urban legend that you can (easily) tip a cow.

I buy meat from a farm directly. According to a couple of farm hands, drunk bored people still try.

The urban legend is that cows can't get back up on their own. Even if you tipped a cow (or 50), the cows could still just stand right back up.
