I'd love it if this could be the default in browsers. I want to select individually which sites should be allowed to store any type of state.
uncheck "Accept cookies from websites" and then individually set your allowed sites in "Exceptions"
Mozilla makes money by providing users to companies that make money from ads.
So, they're not turning on "private browsing" as the default.
