Yeah, strange for an expensive premium laptop to not have Thunderbolt or USB-C gen 2. It has just one USB-C gen 1 and two USB 3.0. Yet, it's much more expensive than similar spec machines (Dell XPS, HP Spectre x360, Lenovo Yoga), but without the necessary ports. I'm guessing Microsoft is targeting a different (creative market) audience.
