Ask HN: What are some good Chinese CS programs for foreigners?

My friend and I are interested in going to China for a few months to study CS. We were inspired by the great performances of Chinese infosec CTF teams and participating in CTFs hosted by these teams.

Our ideal would be a bilingual program kind of like Recurse Center (shorter than full masters program, with focus on CS fundamentals, low cost), but we’re interested in all good options!
