Back when Palm was up for sale, I was hoping beyond hope that Facebook would take an interest in getting into the hardware business (this is back when they were pushing for Facebook-specific app development more), decide to buy a phone manufacturer, and choose Palm, renaming the company in the process to FacePalm.
That was perhaps a bit too much to hope for.
