I am asking for information on how to build a great landing page.

If there are services like http://unbounce.com that would make it easier to build a landing page, I would like to know any recommendations.

Also, if you know a good place to find templates for landing pages, that would be helpful.

I am a developer, so I could implement & deploy a landing page on a server. But I just want to know whether I should use a template, hire unbounce or read more before I build it.

Thanks!
