Is anybody running a project with webpack that has a 20s rebuild time?

Or if somebody has switched from webpack to parcel, can they give an idea of the performance improvement?

We've got a moderate sized app, and webpack rebuild (typescript, server-side react, client side js bundle, css export) is less than 3 seconds.
