I get 50MB up and down fiber with 900GB data (512KB FUP) for 6 months at 4500 Rs (which is about $11.64 / mo) in Pune.

What ISP is this??

It's You Broadband (amanora express)

I get 300GB at 15Mbps then unlimited data at 1Mbps and I have to pay 1200INR for month

I get about 100GB Up/Down for about $18, at 30Mbps.

Which city and ISP?

Looks too good deal. Which city do you live in?
