Ask HN: Firefox Taskbar shortcut keeps vanishing on Windows 10

Is it just me or anyone else has experienced it as well? I place Firefox shortcut on my taskbar on Windows 10 and it keeps vanishing now and then.

Has anyone seen this? This never happened with any of my other taskbar items...
