For a short while I had the second screen with the 38” screen but it was just overkill (the 38” alone is enough to cover a large portion off the usable area of my desk, so the 27” mostly just sat out of view)

This is why curved computer monitors make sense, and curved TVs don't (multiple viewers in most?/many cases).

A quick DDG for "xr382cqk" says that's a 34 inch, 21:9 aspect ratio curved display.

Ah, it seems the copy on https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.TX2AA.001 is incorrect - the specs below do say 37.5", I didn't notice the discrepancy before.
