It's at the bottom of the settings menu - click the little Overcast logo in the top left and scroll down.

(Just went through this exercise to find it last week)

It should be noted that it's in very small / grey font at the very bottom.

Also, holy shit, this has saved me 255 hours, not counting speedups. That's crazy.
