Ask HN: Current state-of-art data science / deep learning packages for Windows?

Hello, I was away for three months and need to update my hobbyist data science / deep learning set of packages for a Windows 10 laptop with a 1070 graphics card. It is on Anaconda for Python 3.5 at the moment and I remember some external packages were pretty cumbersome to install. Any tip or list for updating without breaking the hard-earned stability?
