The reason why I come back to HN, is for the articles, and also the comments on the articles. I find some of the articles to be quite interesting, and informative. I also really like to read the comments on articles. Sometimes I wind up reading the comments first. People sometimes drop interesting nuggets of information that make HN worth coming back to.
