Ask HN: How to block all Allo SMS?

I have been receiving a lot of spam SMSs via Allo. I don't have the Allo app installed yet I can still receive SMSs [1]. Is there any way to block _all_ SMS received via Allo?

I am based in Australia so there is no point having it installed anyway.
