Yep! It's time to finally buy that pesky IOS Developer License. For better of for worse, AR is here and we will be more glued to screens than ever.

For what it’s worth, if you don’t intend to publish on the App Store, you no longer need to buy a license. You can develop on your own devices with a (free) Apple ID.

…if you can stand recompiling and re-installing your apps every 7 days.

Are you sure that's true? I have an app on my phone that I last built and installed more than a month ago and it's working just fine.

In this thread (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=14384430), multiple people claimed that 7 days was the limit.

I'd be surprised if the average developer's actively developed app sees so few changes that they have to reinstall every 7 days.

Maybe once in a while while you work on other stuff, or take a break, but doing a compile after 7 days of no compiles doesn't seem like a huge deal
