Thanks, and I can't wait to see systems that will fuse cheap multi-pose structured light sensor data together too! These devices are all measuring proxies of the same thing: 3D structure.
Does Tesla still use Lidar ?

Cameras are definitely not good enough alone. Tesla's enhanced their camera systems with different models of automotive-range radar (most likely manufactured by Bosch; either the LRR4 or the MRR1).
As I understand it they don't. I don't think they ever have.
