I have been banned by Google for 'SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES'

Got up this morning and tried logging into gmail and Google groups, the message I got was that I had been banned from using Google services because of my recent 'suspicious activities'. I am like WTF? what does that mean? Am I the only person experiencing this? because I have not been involved in any suspicious activities' or is this a glitch from Google?
