Do you support non-python (especially binary) dependencies? Suppose I have an application that ships binaries but uses python as a scripting language.

install/uninstall/update just uses pip, so yes!

Could I reconfigure it to use conda instead? Conda can install non-python applications but pip isn't very good at that.

Not at the moment, but what an interesting idea! I'll look into doing that.
