Ask HN: Websites focused mainly on solutions to complex career problems?

There are many websites (such as this one) that have a community that's very helpful with certain career advice, but usually that advice is either geared towards beginners, or otherwise discuss preventative actions (eg. "here's what you need to do to keep your job skills from stagnating").

What I'm looking for are websites or communities that provide solutions to complex career problems to chronic situations, in particular in software careers. As an analogy, someone who didn't take care of their health via preventative actions years ago might now require a complex solution (like surgery).

So it must focus on these topics. For example several years of career stagnation from the failure to follow, or know of, preventative actions. Because sometimes these things also happen due to plain ignorance so unfortunately it's too late for them to prevent those problems from happening.
