Do they still make traditional TVs for non-consumer markets, I wonder? Surely there's commercial applications which might want that.

You're looking for a (likely NEC or Sharp) "Display" - they're not called TVs when they're not for the consumer market.

It used to be that you could buy them as Digital Signage monitors. But for the most part these might now also be smart devices.
