If you have any advice how to use computers less in my job as a developer and Devops engineer, I'll gladly take it.

I realize that smartphones are computers, but you might find the SSH client "Prompt 2" by Panic on iOS useful for the devops part. Avoids the need to whip out the laptop to SSH in somewhere.

Yeah, I'm thinking more about social networks and games. I've never heard of anyone addicted to the command line.
