Someone is organizing a protest at Google

That someone is Jack Posobiec. Someone able to plant a "Rape Melania" sign at an anti-Trump demonstration to make the protesters look bad.

What is the goal of the march exactly?

What a bunch of nonsense. You could have entire countries boycott Google and it wouldn't bother them, much less an unorganized internet rabble.
