Ask HN: Is anyone else seeing failures in AWS Elasticbeanstalk deployments?

Hey HN. For the last 1.5 hours we've been attempting to make deployments to AWS work using Elasticbeanstalk. But they keep dying out every 14 minutes. I've just started to see some tweets that match our time of issues exactly:

Curious if anyone else is seeing this.
