Alternatives to cntlm for using docker, kubectl and co. behind a corporate proxy?

Fiddler has worked pretty well for Visual Studio Code and IBM's wrapper for the Cloud Foundry CLI on Windows 10, but I've hit the wall with kubectl into IBM's Container Service. It does work with cntlm, but I'd like to find something that is currently maintained and distributed a bit more securely than as an unsigned installer on SourceForge.
