Ask HN: Gift ideas for the first employee anniversary

Our team is all remote, and many anniversaries are coming. How do you guys celebrate them with a remote team?

I would probably go with a simple coffee mug that has a custom written note about starting date etc. Any suggestion to what service to use? I was about to use vistaprint.com, but they do not allow to schedule a delivery for a specific day and it seems they have no gift package option.
