Ask HN: How do you do HR and application tracking?

Boostrapped startup here, I just moved our support to Zendesk and while that's streamlined our process a lot, I was wondering if I could do the same with our HR.

Then I found out there's a whole class of overpriced SaaS offerings out there for Application Tracking Systems.

Short of forwarding your `careers@domain.com` emails to a Trello board, how do you manage your HR?
